Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 220 °C/425 °F and line your oven tray with baking paper.


Step 2:

Separate your wings in half by breaking them in between the two bones


Step 3:

Mix the miso paste, maple syrup, garlic, and chili in a bowl. Add your wings and make sure they are all well absorbed by the preparation.


Step 4:

Spread your wings across your oven tray.

Cook for 45 minutes or until golden and crispy.
